the Wild
Waves will be scheduled in August
2008. Exact date to be announced
soon. Come on and have some wet fun
in the sun (or rain!) It is an all
day event starting whenever you
show up and lasting until the park
closes.

Bear Meet |

Bear Meet is held on the
first Saturday of every month, from
6 PM to 10 PM at C.C. Attle's,
1501 East Madison Street (Capital
Hill). Wall-to-wall fur &
absolutely the best drinks in town!
You do not ever want to miss this
event!

Bear Coffee Night |
|
| |
The
second Friday of every month at a
changing location the bears gather
for coffee and conversation. Look
for the location through the Yahoo
notice or check the on-site monthly
events.

Bear-aoke |
|
| |
Bear-aoke, is hosted each
Tuesday by Jonathan Jones. It is a
fun-filled night of karaoke
performances by our own Bears,
visiting Bears, their friends and
partners. All are welcome to
participate and/or just enjoy the
show and have a good time. Every
Tuesday and Thursday at The
Cuff. 8 P.M. to
Midnight.

Bear Potluck &
Picnics |
|
| |
The
Bear Potluck is held on the third
Saturday of the month at various
locations. The doors open at 6 PM
and we eat promptly at 6:30
(Please come even if you
can't arrive by the scheduled
time...there's always
dessert!).
Bring a main course, side dish, or
dessert. Coffee will be provided or
you may bring your own non-alcoholic
beverage. There is no stove so bring a
hot plate if you need your dish to be
kept warm.
Guests are always welcome and
membership forms will be available to
those wishing to join the Northwest
Bears.
The
Summer Picnics have been moved from
Saturday to Sundays. This year will
be held on Sunday, June 17th at
Woodland Park, and Sunday, July 22nd at
Gasworks park from 12pm to 5pm. The
club provides hot dogs and hamburgers
and beverages. Bring side dishes and
desserts and any lawn games you may
want to play. Hope to see you
there!

Eagle', the last Saturday of
the month with a butt kick'in
party. Drink Specials, DJ FunkyBear
spinning and no cover for NW Bears,
BC Bears & Oregon Bears with
membership cards. The party starts
at 9:00!

Northwest Bears annual bear run,
celebrating it's 14th
Anniversary in 2008. Hundreds of
bears from all over the world
attended this fun-filled event.

Northwest Bears annual summer campout,
held at the Miller River Campground.

The
Seattle Gay Pride March is set for
Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 11:00 AM
in Downtown Seattle.
Depending on events,
Northwest Bears plan on participating
to show the people of Seattle and the
Puget Sound area our pride and make the
Bears visible in our community.

Game Night |
|
| |
Game Night is a
member hosted event each month. If
you would be interested in hosting
a game night please contact a board
member. Attendance is between 10 -
15 members and it has been fun
interacting with other members and
being exposed to new favorite
games. Look to the Calendar for
where and when this event is
scheduled.
